The City Council constitutes one Secretary General in charge of handling issues according to instructions given by the Speaker, one Deputy Secretary General who assists the Secretary General as well as nine offices and sections including Secretary Office, Council Section, General Affairs Section, Personnel Section and Accounting Section, respectively, takes care of related matters. Under the General Meeting, there are seven standing committees such as the Civil Affairs, Finance, Education, Transportation, Police Affairs and Public Health, Public Works, and Legal Affairs as well as two tasked based committees of Procedure and Discipline in charge of relevant affairs.
